My opinion of Bill Clinton, he is nothing more than an obnoxious eruction.

It was just a furthur demonstration of what we already knew, Bill Clinton has a personality of the type that HAS to have the spotlight at every event he is a part of, regardless of whether or not it's appropiate.
Notice that three other men that ran for or were elected President DIDN'T have the same desperate need to talk to the cameras on them...Kudos to J. Kerry for showing some class...(finally!)

Is it just that you resent the fact that Clinton is much more popular around the world than the current president? Get over it and focus on important shit. Jesus, you guys can't let it go.
