Ward Churchill

Ward Churchill is back in the news as CU is investigating allegations of research misconduct by Professor Churchhill.

It's an ironic twist to think of an Ethics Professor to be charged with plagerism, copyright infringement, and misrepresentation of his lineage....couldn't be happening to a more deserving guy IMHO.

Those that defend him say that Professor Churchill's First Amendment rights are being attacked, but I don't see that plagerism, fraudulent information dissemination, and fraudulent scholorship in academic papers are covered in any way by the First Amendment.

Fraud is so extensive and widespread in university life that Churchill will probably get a raise. It's safe to say that no department at CU will discipline him simply because every advanced degree there is built on a foundation of bullshit, plagiarism and idea-theft.

I'm not joking. One of the most corrupt, vain and cowardly segments of society is the baitbox of university professors.

Churchill will escape largely because no one of his peers has, also, the testosterone to engage in the struggle of cleansing these bogus departments and "studies" of the charlatans and small time punks who inhabit them.

Multiply Churchill by ten thousand and you have an idea of how bad things are just West of the Mississippi.
