Too bad it's in Snohomish and Snohomish County, the 2nd most liberal of the state's 39 counties. The courts will probably give him a token suspended sentence then turn him back onto the streets. Lot's of GFZ wussies up there, not here, most of my neighbors would have left this one hanging around and bleeding out until the meatwagon arrived.
