I have observed that over the course of making a relationship with real estate managers, you'll be able to come to understand that, in most real estate exchange, a commission is paid. Ultimately, FSBO sellers tend not to "save" the commission rate. Rather, they fight to win the commission by simply doing a strong agent's occupation. In doing this, they spend their money plus time to perform, as best they could, the duties of an real estate agent. Those assignments include displaying the home by marketing, representing the home to prospective buyers, making a sense of buyer desperation in order to induce an offer, preparing home inspections, managing qualification assessments with the financial institution, supervising repairs, and aiding the closing of the deal.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
