I was reading Neil Boortz roday and saw the perfect analogy to refute those that seem to think that all we need to do is talk/negotiate with the Islamic Facists causing all the trouble in the world today:
"A hunter was hunting in the woods when he came upon a bear. He was just about to fire when the bear held up his paw and said "After all, Mr. Hunter, all you want is a fur coat, and all I want is a full stomach, can't we sit down and negotiate this problem?".
So they sat down and talked it over, and indeed, it ended up that the bear was right; the hunter ended up inside a fur coat, and the bear had a full stomach."
WHY can't the appeasers see that under some circumstances, negotiation just isn't a viable option?
Negotiation implies that there is some middle ground that works out to the benefit of both of the parties involved, but when one or the other party of the negotiation has it's goal the total destruction of the other party, there really is nothing to negotiate...unless of course, you consider the method and timeline of your destruction as a valid negotiating position.
There is where the appeasers are mistaken; they seem to believe that the rhetoric of the IslamoFacists are merely talking points instead of the stated end goal of the process and until they start to learn that the enemy is honestly putting forth their goals, and reacting to those stated end goals. we are in serious trouble. You not only have to take the words of your opponent into account; you have to take the ongoing actions of that opponent into the process.
When you have an opponent that consistently negotiates with words in one manner, and acts in the opposit manner, can you truly be said to be negotiating?
And in this instance, the opponent isn't even doing that; the Islamofacists have repeatedly and CLEARLY stated that their goal is the destruction of the West; AND consistently committed acts in furthurance of that goal.
To believe that we are in a state other than in a world war to determine the fate of our civilization is to be naive beyond all belief. That so many of us in the West truly seem to be that naive is disheartening, to say the least.

1. Using Bad Form and Technique
Far too many people use bad type and technique when weight lifting, and it's a common reason for injury. People perform their reps in a fast speed using much more momentum than muscle energy. People heave, swing, or bounce the weight rather than lifting it.
Bad form and technique often occurs when someone is using a weight that's too heavy for them to lift properly. Use the weight that challenges a person, but that's not so heavy that the form and technique get sloppy. Use muscle energy, not momentum, to elevate the weight. Don't heave, golf swing, or bounce the weight. Lift and lower the weight in a steady and controlled manner while concentrating on feeling the muscle that you have been working (this is called the mind-muscle connection).
only two. Not Warming Up
You need to take the time to properly warm up before weight lifting. Warming up will stimulate blood flow to your muscles, increase your joint flexibility and mobility, and get you mentally prepared for the workout, all of which helps in avoiding injury. Warm up by doing a few minutes of light aerobic exercise and one or two light sets of each strength training exercise before using heavier weights.
3. Overtraining
Training many times saps your energy and interferes with both your muscle's and nervous system's capability to recuperate from your strength training workouts. If you're in a depleted, weakened Inversion Table state through overtraining, your risk associated with injury increases. You also have to realize that muscles don't grow during training, they will grow after training. Lifting weights causes microscopic tears in the muscles, and rest days enable the muscles to repair them selves, grow, and get stronger.
Training too often and not giving your muscles plenty of time to recover from training not only increases your risk associated with injury, it also causes muscle mass growth and strength increases to come to a halt.
three. Not Listening to The body
When lifting weights, you need to work out with a lot of intensity if you wish to build muscle and improve strength. But if your exhausted and lacking energy in front of you particular weight lifting exercise, you may need to help ease up on the intensity for the particular workout, or even consider no longer working out at all which day. Pushing yourself too hard when you're tired as well as lacking energy increases your risk of injury.
5. Lack of Concentration
In case you are distracted, preoccupied or lackadaisical when lifting weights, especially when performing totally free weight exercises like barbell squats or dumbbell shoulder presses, you're inviting injury.
6. Poor Nutrition
Weight training and proper nutrition go hand in hand. Proper nutrition provides you using the energy you need for your weight training workouts. Without proper nutrition, you'll maintain a depleted, weakened condition, and your risk of injury will increase. Proper nutrition is not just necessary to fuel your own workouts, it's also necessary to help you recover from your workouts.
As you can notice, avoiding weight lifting injuries is not difficult. Just follow these guidelines as well as your weight training workouts is going to be productive and injury totally free.
